Inspired by a vintage L.L. Bean button down that must be from the early to mid-nineties, got it at the Brooklyn Flea last weekend. This reminds me a lot of Beetlejuice (the movie with Wynona) and Betsey Johnson. Super fun and super easy to do - all done with stripers and dotting tools!
